Kate Atherley

This workshop is a deep dive into beginnings and ends. We’ll cover key ways to cast on and bind off your knitting, highlighting both good general-purpose methods and specialty methods and when you might use them. We’ll talk about how to create stretch when you need it, and how to stop it when you don’t, and give tips to help you decide what methods to use if the pattern isn’t specific Along the way we’ll provide tips like how to ensure you never run out of yarn for your long-tail cast on, and show how a crochet hook can change your life.
