Where is Interweave @ Home taking place?
Interweave @ Home is virtual live event series that you can attend from the comfort and convenience of your own home, office, studio, or wherever else you can think of, through your personal computer (highly recommended), tablet, or mobile device.

Yarn & Fiber Live Online Class: $75

Most live online classes also include a materials list and/or optional kit so you can make the project alongside the instructor during the Interweave @ Home live online class. Please note, materials fees vary by live online class (some live online classes do not have a materials fee) and are in addition to the individual live online class registration fee. In addition to the materials list, you’ll also receive a resources list. The resources list will provide you with suggested business(es) where you can purchase the materials.

When you register online, it is through a secure registration and payment process. Your registration confirmation will be sent to you via email. You will also receive Interweave @ Home updates on live online classes, instructors, special events, and more. (Note: Registration confirmation and email updates are sent to the email address used to register.)

What is the cancellation policy?
Tickets to Interweave @ Home are sold on the same basis as those for cultural performances, football games, and other one-time events. Mark your calendar carefully since all admission and live online class tickets are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your registration, please contact Interweave @ Home customer service at virtualevents@goldenpeakmedia.com

If a live online class is sold out, can I be put on a waitlist?
Waitlists are available for SOLD OUT live online classes. Simply select “Add to Waitlist” and continue checking out. 

When will I receive the instructions of attending the virtual event?
Interweave @ Home is working diligently to prepare for this unique experience and will send you the necessary instructions within a week of each event's start date. Make sure that the email address associated with your registration is accurate and up to date so that there is no delay in receiving our communications. 

Can my computer, tablet, or mobile device handle the virtual event? 
Most up to date computers, tablets, and mobile devices such as laptops, desktops, and handheld tablets are capable of running the virtual event for you. Once the event page is available, you will be able to perform what’s called a System Checker that will analyze your internet browser, internet connection, and network settings to be sure they are optimized for your viewing experience. Our webinar provider, Zoom, does suggest you have at least 2 MPBS of upload and download speed from your internet service provider. Click here to check your internet bandwidth. Can I register for a friend?
Each individual must create their own login to register for their classes, as the system associates your registration with your unique email address. If you need to register a friend, please create a separate account, though you can still pay with your credit card if you would like. This allows your friend to receive her/his own Order Confirmation, Materials List, Resources List, and email messages from the instructors.

How do I receive my Order Confirmation and Materials List?
You will receive your Order Confirmation email immediately after placing your order. You will also find a link to print your Materials List in your Order Confirmation. To ensure a smooth live online class experience, review your Materials list and have all items with you at the start of the virtual live live online class. 

What supplies do I need for my live online classes?
Most live online classes have a Materials List and a Resources list, which is included in your Order Confirmation email. Please review both lists to ensure you come prepared for your live online classes. The Resources list is there to help you find and purchase items from the Materials List. 

Do I need to do anything else to prepare for my live online classes?
Some live online classes may have homework you will need to complete in preparation for the live online class. Please see the live online class description to determine if homework is necessary for your live online class.

What should I have before the start of my Interweave @ Home live online class?
Review your Materials list in your Order Confirmation email and have all items beside you at the start of the live online class. Additional supplies that might be helpful: pad of paper, pencil and pen.

Will I be able to see the presenters for each virtual event? 
Yes. You will be able to see all general session and educational session speakers, along with their presentations. 

Can I share my virtual conference login information with other members of my team?  
For every paid registration to attend virtually, only one device (computer, laptop, tablet, phone) will be allowed to enter the virtual conference. With that said, there is nothing stopping you from attending the virtual event and allowing your colleagues, friends, or family to enjoy the live online class right next to you from wherever you are viewing the event!

Can I access and view recordings of any sessions from the conference?
Your virtual registration includes access to the live online class recording after the event concludes. Don’t worry, you can view any sessions you missed out on as soon as the recordings for those live online classes are made available through the Attendee Hub. All recorded live online classes will be available for you to access at no additional charge for 30 days after the event concludes.

Can I register day-of for any Interweave @ Home live online classes?
Yes, some live online class registrations will be accepted up until the session begins. Some sessions may sell out in advance, or the need for homework and/or materials may close the class in advance. Be sure to register as early as possible to secure your spot!

What is Homework? 
For some live online classes, homework is listed. Homework is work that instructors require to be completed prior to your live online class starting. For homework, please visit the live online class Descriptions. Any homework required will be listed. What if I am having issues connecting to my live online classes?
Exit the live online class and re-enter the room. If you continue to have problems, try restarting your device and rejoin the live online class. If the problem persists, please contact the Interweave @ Home customer service at virtualevents@goldenpeakmedia.com
